Our secure, proprietary "View My Cases" option allows our clients to track their pending cases in real time via the internet, including electronic retrieval of all case-related documents, medical records, correspondence, and reports. We provide numerous options for submission of service requests including online referral forms (see "Request A Service" options to the left of this page).

As a result of our technological capabilities, ECN can provide customized management reports to clients on a monthly basis. Our clients are able to identify and customize the exact information that they want in the management reports.
